1. Applications & functions
XGNB Series Hydrostatic/Burst Tester is used to determine the long-term hydrostatic strength and instant blasting of PVC, PE, PPR, ABS and other plastic pipes. It is under the standard of ISO 1167, ASTM D1598, ISO9080, CJ/T108 and ASTM F1335.
2. Main Features
1. Double control modes: Each station has a piece of precise pressure micro-control unit and is controlled by microcomputer. All the parameters including pressure, time and accuracy can be set by both pressure micro-control unit and pc.
2. It can display and store the total 8 parameters such as pressure, time, and status timely. It can store pressure data for 8760 hours in order to avoid losing data during the system computer offline.
3. It can judge both effective and ineffective time parameters automatically. The effective time means the time of the pressure within the setting pressure.
4. In every station, the two solenoid valves (Germany GSR) can work separately according to the test as well as the accuracy of ±0.0001Mpa.
5. One high-accuracy pressure sensor in every station, and the resolution is 0.001MPa.
6. Import Pressure station (American Giant), one set each station, performance of the test pressure pump is better than Chinese made water pressure pump and no need of air pump. Its sound is lower.
7. As we adopt distributed control method of microcomputer and PC, microcomputer may go on working without online or off PC and assure that test data are not lose (the longest 8760 hours).
8. Auto release pressure makes test more convenient and safe.
